Alison Krauss one of most famous and richest Country Singers born on July 23, 1971 in Decatur Il the United States of America. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the earliest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23 1971) is an American bluegrass country singer and musician. She began her career in the field in her early years, as she was a mere 10 years old. After signing with Rounder Records, her first album debuted in 1987. The album was also a part of the band Alison Krauss Union Station where she still performs. Later, in 1989 her first solo album came out in conjunction with the band.
